agri benchmark works with a set of powerful tools, mainly based on Excel-spreadsheets. These tools are used for benchmarking and further analysis of farms, for analysis of sector and tade data as well as for policy and farm strategy analysis.
We use Excel as it is on almost every computer in the world and the tools are shared with our partners after a training provided by the agri benchmark centre at vTI. Training in the tools is essential as they are complex (albeit not difficult).
